DUBLIN BARISTA SCHOOL: Ty's Barista course
The barista course was an extracurricular activity that took place between November and December 2017, and to be honest is one of the best decision I could have done in this transition year. We learned some few basic aspects about being a barista, like cleaning our coffee machine, how to properly use a portafilter or how to prepare milk for a latte. In the end I learnt how to be a barista and that would give a lot of opportunities for a job during this summer for example. We didn’t take the course in the Dublin barista school, we did it in ninth degree coffee, but it was the same guy that helped us, Luka, I’m going to miss that Italian boldie, he was really nice and patient. I think this was the best extracurricular activity.
